Space to research and gather information
An online space will be created within the Mission Ocean Water service portal. This space will facilitate virtual exchanges and matchmaking among the Mission Ocean and Waters community throughout the year and ahead of upcoming events. The online space is expected to be online in 2024.
Networking among the Mission Ocean and Waters community
The Mission Ocean and Waters Forum facilitates networking by providing an online space (in preparation) for Mission actors to engage, exchange ideas, and connect with other participants from Member States, regions, and key stakeholders across all lighthouse areas.

2nd Annual Forum EU Mission "Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030"
The second edition took place on 5 March 2024 in Brussels. The forum looked back at the Mission’s progress and major achievements in mobilising the community towards the goal of protecting our ocean and waters. The forum also prepared the ground for the next phase of the mission moving from demonstration to deployment.

An online space will be hosted within the single portal of the Mission Ocean Water service portal, which will allow participants to prepare for the Forum, facilitating virtual exchanges and matchmaking among the Mission Ocean and Waters Forum participants both before and after it.
