European Ocean Days
The Mission Ocean and Waters Forum took place during the European Ocean Days, a week-long series of events in Brussels dedicated to ocean and water governance, research and innovation, investment, education and community engagement.

4th Annual Forum 2026
The fourth edition of the Forum took place on 5 March in Brussels, marking an important milestone as the Mission entered its deployment phase. The event highlighted achievements, showcased innovative solutions, and demonstratied how citizen engagement contributes to achieving the Mission’s objectives.
3rd Annual Forum 2025
The third edition of the Forum took place on 4 March in Brussels. The Forum highlighted innovative solutions, explored funding opportunities, and examined the Mission’s future role in EU priorities such as the Ocean Pact.
2nd Annual Forum 2024
The second edition took place on 5 March 2024 in Brussels. The Forum looked back at the Mission’s progress and major achievements in mobilising the community towards the goal of protecting our ocean and waters. The Forum also prepared the ground for the next phase of the mission moving from demonstration to deployment.
