As part of the ARSINOE project, a series of Open Tenders for Innovation was launched to highlight advanced climate adaptation solutions from across Europe. The initiative aims to identify innovative or established practices that can strengthen climate resilience in targeted regions. Successful applicants are eligible for funding of up to EUR 50,000 for demonstration projects within ARSINOE case studies.
Following a successful first round, a second call for innovations was held between November 2023 and January 2024. This call attracted significant interest, with 82 applications received. After careful evaluation, 20 solutions were selected for implementation across seven case studies spanning 12 European locations. The selected innovations will soon be featured in a series of updates and social media posts through ARSINOE platforms.
