Description
This synthesis report compiles the interdisciplinary insights and recommendations developed through the Horizon 2020 FutureMARES project. It enhances understanding of the complex interactions between climate change impacts and the role of Nature-based Solutions (NBS) and Nature-Inclusive Harvesting (NIH). By examining their individual and combined effects, the report highlights how these approaches can strengthen the resilience of marine habitats, enhance adaptation and mitigation potential, and ensure the continued delivery of vital ecosystem services.
