The ULTAFARMS consortium is inviting regions and countries to join the project as Associated Regions. Associated Regions will collaborate with the consortium to ensure that the solutions demonstrated in both the Baltic and North Seas are commercially viable. Additionally, they will contribute to ongoing research and innovation in low trophic aquaculture. Successful Associated Regions will receive up to 100 000 € in financial support.
Objectives of the call
Associated Regions will play an active role in ULTFARMS, engaging in communication, training, and stakeholder activities. They will collaborate with the Blue Mission Banos Project to provide insights into local blue economy activities. Additionally, they will work with the consortium to develop tailored offshore multi-use LTA systems, facilitate technology tests to increase societal acceptance and policy awareness of LTAs, and contribute to the creation of a roadmap and public engagement events alongside project partners.
Application procedure
