Description of the funding initiative
The Danish Industry Foundation or the Industriens Fond is a philanthropic entity dedicated to fostering the competitiveness of Danish industry through the development and support of innovative, inspiring, and economically sustainable projects and initiatives. The Foundation focuses on four strategic themes: Sustainable Production, Cybersecurity, the development and use of New Technologies, and Internationalisation. Support from the Foundation could significantly contribute to projects aligned with the Mission to Restore Ocean and Waters. Initiatives that could be relevant include those related to the development of sustainable marine technologies, pollution reduction in maritime industries, and the advancement of clean energy solutions that benefit marine environments.
Overview of eligibility requirements for applicants
All applicants need to have a Danish CVR or Central Business Register number. Applications are assessed on whether they can strengthen the competitiveness of Danish business, based on the Foundation’s Impact principles. The target group is all Danish companies, with a particular focus on SMEs and entrepreneurs with the potential to create growth and jobs.
