Description
DALIA is the Danube Region Water Lighthouse Action, working on boosting research and innovation in the Danube basin and supporting the achievement of the EU’s Mission Ocean and Waters objectives.
Their ‘Rivers Revived’ call for Associated Regions is now open!
Objectives:
DALIA is searching for local and/or regional authorities to apply for their call for Associated Regions. Ten proposals from at least 5 different Associated Regions will be funded with up to EUR 100 000 per project.
Associated Regions will participate in groundbreaking initiatives for environmental, economic and social transformation. They will benefit from knowledge transfer and scalable solutions on water resources from the DALIA pilot regions. These solutions include monitoring approaches, early warning systems, innovative modelling, and the promotion of Integrated River Basin Management principles including nature-based solution technologies.

Eligible applicants:
Eligible applicants to this Rivers Revived call are local and regional authorities from countries presented in the Rivers Revived call for Associated Regions page.
Local and regional authorities from Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Czechia, Slovakia, Serbia, Switzerland, Germany, and Ireland cannot participate because DALIA consortium partners are located in these countries.
Budget:
The maximum amount of financial support to each third party will be limited to 100,000 EUR.
