Description
This atlas aims to enhance understanding of the distribution of Posidonia oceanica grasslands in the Balearic Islands, particularly in the islands of Formentera, Ibiza, Menorca, and Mallorca. Additionally, the project aims to provide citizens, especially recreational boat users, with precise information regarding the locations of Posidonia oceanica meadows. This information will guide them in selecting appropriate areas for anchoring recreational boats, thereby preventing any damage to the Posidonia oceanica meadows.
