Aid for the contribution of aquaculture to good environmental status and provision of environmental services 2024 – Basque Country

Under Spain’s 2021-2027 EMFAF Programme, the “Aid for the contribution of aquaculture to good environmental status and provision of environmental services 2024” call has been launched for the Basque Country.  

Objectives:  

Investments in aquaculture activities that contribute to good environmental status. 

Eligible applicants:  

The EMFAF grants target Fishermen (individuals or fishing organisations) and enterprises (fishing or aquaculture sector).  

Budget:  

The maximum rate of co-financing from the EMFF per specific objective should be 70% of eligible public expenditure, with the exception of compensation for additional costs in the ultra-peripherical regions, in which case it may be up to 100%.
