Description of the funding initiative
ČEZ is one of the largest companies in the Czechia and a leading energy group operating in Western and Central Europe. The ČEZ Group has committed to set an example and make the energy sector sustainable, more environmentally friendly, and conscious in regard to our planet. A priority for ČEZ is greater diversity, closer cooperation with communities, and an approach to customers that is as accommodating as possible, offering them the best technological and energy-efficient solutions.
The Support for Regions grant program is aimed at supporting projects of public benefit. The submitted projects may relate to support for children and young people, health, social care, people with disabilities, science, education, culture, sport, or the environment.
Overview of eligibility requirements for applicants
Must be legal entities based in the Czechia. Applicants can be legal persons based in Czechia.
The ČEZ Foundation provides support to legal entities and individuals on the basis of an application for a foundation contribution. The Board of Directors decides on the provision of the foundation contribution. All applicants are then informed of the result in writing.
