Description
The SIMREC Publication consist of a list of simulations which improve cross border oil spill responses in extreme conditions. The publications include oil spill response training, contingencies for vessels breaking in ice channels, a new method of identifying collision prone areas and an assessment method for ship operability in dynamic ice for navigation and escort purposes.
