Description of the funding initiative

The Programme Melilla ERDF 2021 – 2027 has the following priorities:   

Priority P1A: Digital and Intelligent Transition 

Priority P2A: Green Transition 

Priority P2B: Urban Mobility  

Priority P4B: Culture and Tourism  

Priority P5A: Territorial and local integration  

The objectives under priority P2A (Green Transition) align with the Mission Ocean and Waters objectives. Objective RSO2.1 focuses on promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, objective RSO2.2 aims to enhance renewable energies and the objective RSO2.7 enhance the protection and conservation of nature, biodiversity, and green infrastructure, including in urban areas, and reduce all forms of pollution.

Eligible beneficiaries are objective dependent. Please consult each proposal for more detail 

Rules on co-financing

Average co-financing rate of 85%. Consult the Regional Operational Programme document for more details.  

Procedures to submit proposal

Applications will be submitted electronically through the electronic platform of the Autonomous City of Melilla:

The notifications to the interested parties, as well as the information to obtain the DNI and electronic signature will also be available through this platform.
