Description of the funding initiative
The Programme Régional FEDER-FSE+-FTJ Hauts-de-France for 2021 to 2027 has seven priorities:
- Priority 1: Funding research and innovation
- Priority 2: Creation and acceleration of businesses
- Priority 3: Supporting industrial, economic (including CSR), and digital transitions
- Priority 4: Committing to a transition model towards a decarbonized and sustainable territory through the Third Industrial Revolution in Hauts-de-France
- Priority 5: Strengthening the ecological transition of Hauts de France by restoring and enhancing biodiversity, promoting adaptation of the territory to climate changes, and recycling land
- Priority 6: Improving the use of transport, both passengers and goods, in a strategy of intermodality, energy efficiency, and resilience to climate factors
- Priority 7: Contribute to the development of an integrated, sustainable, and inclusive approach (urban and/or rural)
- Priority 8: Youth integration and combating dropout rates
- Priority 9: Orientation and discovery of professions and training
- Priority 10: Social innovation and experimentation
- Priority 11: Professional training in response to skills needs.
Specifically related to the Mission Ocean and Waters topics, under Priority 4, it is foreseen to implement marine energy plants (with FEDER funding). Under Priority 2, the funding programmes aims to improve the protection and preservation of nature and biodiversity and strengthen green infrastructure, particularly in urban areas, and reduce all forms of pollution.
