Description of the funding initiative
The Fund's mission is to reduce environmental pollution by promoting and implementing environmental protection projects while enhancing the capabilities of municipalities and commercial organisations in executing effective projects. The focus of the projects should be the achievement of significant environmental improvements by both, public and private sector activities.
Overview of eligibility requirements for applicants
Most of the calls are aimed at municipalities and enterprises. The applicants should observe that their project application must comply with the green public procurement principles. These principles are: environmental impact reduction, social advancement and budget efficiency.
Procedures to submit proposal
Applicants should submit their proposals as a response to the announced calls for projects.
