Organised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR - Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche), the event will include an official signing of the Mission Charter by the MESR and a roundtable session, discussing how to increase the participation of French players in Mission projects.
Attendees will get the full picture on the contributions and benefits for Mission stakeholders, as well as calls for projects coming up in 2024. The event will also look into how to engage young people, with a workshop led by the Youth4Ocean Forum for students, as well as a presentation by Geneviève Pons, Director General and Vice-President from the Institut Jacques Delors Institute.
MESR looks forward to hosting a fruitful exchange of ideas and to supporting the effort to coordinate actors and throughout Europe and co-create solutions that will contribute to the protection of Europe’s waters.
