Description of the funding initiative
The European Funds for Opolskie (Opole) 2021-2027 is financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund Plus. This Fund has ten priorities covering:
- Growth, innovation and competitiveness
- Clean energy and environmental protection
- Sustainable urban transport
- Cohesion and communication availability
- The labour market and education
- Social inclusion
- Social health and services
- The Opolskie society
- Social investments
- Strenghtening Opolskie’s endogenous potential
Priority number two on clean energy and environmental protection is linked with Mission Ocean and Waters objectives. Actions under this priority cover energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable water management, the circular economy, and the conservation and protection of nature and biodiversity including the reduction of all types of pollution.
