Description of the funding initiative
The European Funds for Lubelksi (or the Lublin Province) 2021-2027 is financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund Plus. This Fund’s priorities cover:
- Research and innovation
- Economic and digital transformation of the region
- Protection of environmental and climate resources
- Energy efficiency
- Sustainable urban mobility
- Sustainable transport system
- Better access to social and health services
- Increased social cohesion
- Meet the needs of the labour market
- Better education
- Territorially balanced development.
Priority numbers three and four on the protection of environmental and climate resources and e nergy efficiency is linked with Mission Ocean and Waters objectives. Actions under this priority cover energy efficiency, renewable energy, wastewater, water and waste management, nature and climate protection, and the circular economy.

Procedures to submit proposal
Applications for funding from the European Regional Development Fund can be made via the WOD2021 platform. Applications for funding from the European Social Fund Plus can be made via the SOWA EFS platform. Information on how to use these platforms is also provided.
