Description

The BASEMAN final report identifies the problem of unsatisfactory standardisation in the measurements of microplastics contamination. BASEMAN creates a scientific standard for the measurement of microplastics contamination, the identification and quantification of microplastics, and provides sampling methodologies and evaluations of other techniques for measuring microplastics in order to contribute to standardisation in the field of microplastics pollution measurements.
