The PSF Open Greece will provide expert support to define “implementation plans” for a set of recommendations that were proposed in the PSF Country report and that were indicated as scope of the activity by the Greek authorities. The main expected outcomes are:
- A general framework for longer term, performance-based funding.
- A set of key performance indicators reflecting the role of RIs in the national R&D system.
- Guidelines for Open Science and Digitization for national research infrastructures to develop data policies and connect with national and European research data platforms.
The deliverables will be backed by evidence, best practices and will analyse similar approaches and reforms introduced in other countries.
