The objective of the review of Croatia’s research and innovation system is to provide support in enhancing the programme framework and the administrative capacities of the Croatian Science Foundation (CSF).
PSF project should provide tailored advice and recommendations based on good practices on:
- the design of a programme portfolio directed at fostering:
- applied research relevant to the economy in both public and private sectors and,
- knowledge and technology transfer to the private sector (Focus area n°1),
- how to implement this programme portfolio and develop the related administrative capacities (Focus area n°2).
