The Mutual Learning Exercise aims to support the development of effective national frameworks for implementing EU Missions. EU Missions are a cross-sectoral approach to achieving ambitious goals through knowledge generation and innovation to address societal challenges.
The exercise focuses on utilizing available evidence and collective experience to establish new forms of governance, collaboration, and citizen engagement. It recognizes the need for substantial investments from both private and public actors to successfully implement the EU Missions.
