Artificial Intelligence is a disruptive technology set to significantly impact all aspects of human life. With its ability to extract value from data, learn autonomously, and solve problems, AI is potentially transformative for research and innovation.
AI applications in science are rapidly expanding across various fields, with the potential to greatly enhance scientific productivity in the coming years.
The purpose of this MLE is to facilitate the exchange of information, experiences, and lessons learned, and to identify good practices regarding national AI policies in science. Targeting national administrations, it will focus on sharing operational and strategic national practices. This MLE will also provide policy recommendations to EU Member States and other participating countries.
