Support to Bulgaria on its policy to address the fragmentation of its public research system
This PSF Country will support Bulgaria in the design and implementation of structural reforms within the national Bulgarian research and innovation (R&I) system. Specifically, it aims to identify the policy levers to be used and provide tangible recommendations (including policy and implementation frameworks) to consolidate resources within the ecosystem.
