WEBINAR – How to prepare an Innovation Procurement: Best Practices and Lessons Learnt

A 3,5-hour webinar for public procurers, suppliers and policy makers

Illustrated trough several case examples of European projects, this first half-day EAFIP webinar of 2024 focused on the different steps and activities in preparing an innovation procurement:  
(1) needs identification & assessment (through prior art analysis & scoping of the procurement need);
(2) conducting a market analysis (through an open market consultation & a State-of-the-Art analysis);
(3) developing a business case; and
(4) preparing the tender specifications & documents and launching the procurement.
 

Support to all of these four steps are offered and provided through the EAFIP Assistance. 

The webinar also provided the opportunity for participants to ask questions before, during and after the sessions.
