Multi-stakeholder cooperation to address sustainability issues

RESILIO is the acronym for ‘Resilience nEtwork of Smart Innovative cLImate-adapative rOoftops’, and focuses on the realization of 10.000 m2 of blue-green roofs in Amsterdam delivered by a consortium of the city government, private companies, housing corporations, the waterboard, and knowledge institutions.

Embedded in the ambition to address urban sustainability issues, this solution for climate change adaption in the urban environment aims to provide ecological and social benefits to the city.
