© AdobeStock 423880277 JackF

The NANOSIS platform in Turkey aims to develop nanotechnological components, products and systems for medical monitoring and diagnosis. The “Societal Impact” project, conducted under this virtual ‘Research Centre’, is situated horizontally across the technical projects and aims to analyse the societal impacts of the outputs generated from technical projects, considering social, ecological, cultural, economic and other relevant dimensions. The social team works closely with technical teams and proposes complementary measures to enhance the value-added contribution of the Platform's outputs to Sustainable Development Goals at the national level.
