Technology transfer offices (TTO) at Higher Education Institutions (HIS) play a crucial role in managing the Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio of their institution and maximizing the value of these assets for the benefit of the institution and its stakeholders. TTOs must be strategic in their approach to managing their IP portfolios, focusing on technologies that have the greatest potential for commercialization and have a thorough understanding of the market.
The main goal of this program is to identify, protect, maximize, promote and support inventions and technologies with commercial potential and to maximize the value of these assets for the benefit of the HEIs and their stakeholders.
