ICT solution: AI and Cybersecurity
Information Society (INFOSOC) is the main digital systems and services contracting authority for the Public Sector in Greece, supervised by the Ministry of Digital Governance. INFOSOC procures on behalf of Greek public sector administrations and organisations at a national level (mainly for central government and affiliated entities). INFOSOC also leads the Public Innovation Procurement & Investment Support in GR digiGOV-innoHUB, the Greek EDIH for Public Sector innovation. The Hub’s strategic priority is to support the development and deployment of a new generation of public services utilizing advanced digital technologies (AI, 5G, HPC, IoT, Cloud, Cybersecurity), by mobilising public sector organisations (PSOs) and entrepreneurial actors.
INFOSOC is working together with public authorities in Greece to prioritise the needs to improve the public services with new AI and Cybersecurity related solutions.
