The Citizen Energy Advisory Hub (CEAH) has launched a second call, inviting municipalities to host a Citizen Energy Panel – a structured, one-day workshop that brings residents together to co-develop recommendations for local energy policies.
Citizen Energy Panels are a practical way to gather direct input from residents, better understand local needs and barriers, and strengthen trust, inclusion, and public support for local energy plans. They can be particularly valuable when developing or updating local strategies such as Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs).
Selected municipalities receive hands-on support from the CEAH team, including training, tools and expert guidance throughout the process – from preparation to delivery and follow-up.
Call details
- Application window: 2 June – 31 July 2026
- Eligibility: municipalities (individually or jointly) across EU Member States
- Selection: one municipality or consortium per country
