The roadshow kicked off in Vilnius on 9 May, at the occasion of Europe Day. The event featured the participation of Commissioner Sinkevicius and former Commissioner Andriukaitis, with 208 people visiting the bus. This stop was supported by Nacionalinis vėžio institutas, Pagalbos onkologiniams ligoniams asociacija, Valstybinė ligonių kasa, Nacionalinis visuomenės sveikatos centras, Asociacija Onkologija, Raudonasis kryžius, Lietuvos onkologų draugija, Lietuvos onkologų chemoterapeutų draugija, Visuomenės sveikatos biuras "Vilnius sveikiau", Santaros klinikos and Vilniaus savivaldybė 

At "Running for Hope" in Klaipeda, 140 people boarded the bus, engaging with doctors, patients and survivors, and volunteers at the roadshow. A dance group from the Oncology center introduced the bus on the main stage! This stop was supported by Klaipėdos universiteto ligoninė, Šv. Pranciškaus Onkologijos Centras, Klaipėdos miesto visuomenės sveikatos biuras and Klaipėdos savivaldybė. 

At Kaunas the bus welcomed 283 visitors over 3 days. Participants benefited from consultations and talks with healthcare cancer specialists. This stop was supported by Kauno klinikos, Kauno ligoninė, Lietuvos sveikatos mokslų universitetas, Kauno visuomenės sveikatos biuras and Kauno savivaldybė 

This Northern Lithuanian folk music festival rocked with health! 271 people engaged with cancer specialists and representatives from the National Cancer Patient Association. This stop was supported by Šiaulių ligoninė, Šiaulių visuomenės sveikatos biuras, Dainų PSPC and Šiaulių miesto savivaldybė. 

At the Lithuanian roadshow finale, 319 visitors stopped by to learn about the EU Cancer Mission, engage with doctors and healthcare professionals volunteering at the stand and make commitments to healthy lifestyles. This stop was supported by Alytaus poliklinika, Alytaus rajono PSPC, Alytaus ligoninė, Alytaus visuomenės sveikatos biuras and Alytaus savivaldybė.
